This program was born of a desire to create a supportive journey where you can learn life-long resources that help you manage stress and anxiety, release pain and tension, and process trauma and grief. 

Hi, I'm Valerie

I’m a Breathwork and Somatic Practitioner, and I'm here to help you prioritize your well-being so you can live happier and healthier life.

The framework and resources I’m sharing in this guide are not only the ones I coach on, but they are also the ones I personally practice and embody.

This is how I was able to get my own anxiety under control a few years ago when I was living in survival mode…anxious, stressed, completely overwhelmed and burnt out.

This is how I learned to truly rest, to deeply care for my nervous system, and to put myself first—which helped me become a more regulated and present mom and wife.

What's included

  • 6 pre-recorded sessions, lasting between 60-75 minutes

  • Weekly homework to explore more and integrate the practices into your daily life, including:

    • Guided audio and video practices

    • Digital workbooks for self-discovery

WEEK 1:

Physical Rest

We focus on what it means to get both passive and active physical rest.  Experience:

  • Learning to listen to the body

  • Gentle stretching sequence

  • Non-sleep deep rest (NSDR) - Yoga Nidra meditation

WEEK 2:

Mental Rest

We focus on how to do things that help you rest your thinking brain.  Experience:

  • Getting out of the mind and into the body

  • Somatic movement

  • Breathwork meditation

WEEK 3:

Spiritual Rest

We'll focus on cultivating a sense of gratitude and belonging to find more meaning in life.  Experience:
  • Connecting to yourself and others 
  • Gratitude practice
  • Mindfulness meditation 

WEEK 4:

Sensory/Social Rest

We'll focus on taking a step back from technology, people and things that drain your energy.  Experience:
  • Setting better or more boundaries
  • Yoga 
  • Breathwork with affirmations 

WEEK 5:

Creative Rest

We'll focus on appreciating and enjoying the beauty of life that is all around us.  Experience:
  • Connecting to beauty in any and all forms
  • Somatic movement
  • Sound healing

WEEK 6:

Emotional Rest

We'll focus on authentically expressing and releasing your feelings and emotions.  Experience: 
  • Allowing yourself to feel and express emotions
  • Guided meditation
  • Breathwork release
