My signature six-week 1:1 program, where I will guide and support you on your healing journey. You’ll share what challenges and goals you are facing, and I will bring in the modalities I think will serve you best. This can be a combination of breathwork, somatic movement, mindset practices, inner child work, positive affirmations, meditation, sound healing, etc. In between sessions, you will have journaling prompts and other homework to integrate into your life and take you deeper into the work.
Six private 1-hour sessions (once per week for six weeks)
Sessions are from the comfort of your own home on Zoom, or in-person if you are local to Redwood City, CA
Guided audio tracks for daily breathing and/or meditation in between sessions
Journal prompts for self-inquiry in between sessions
Week 1: The first meeting is a discovery session where I will create a safe space for you to share your experiences, challenges, and goals. We'll spend time talking, and do some practices that will begin to ease your mind and body right away. You'll have practices and journaling homework for the next week.
Week 2: You will learn about the nervous system, breath, and somatics and practice a few different techniques to help you learn to self-regulate. You'll have practices and journaling homework for the next week.
Weeks 3 - 5: We'll begin to incorporate other modalities, often ending with breathwork to enhance and seal the practice. You'll have practices and journaling homework for the next week.
Week 6: The last meeting is typically a Breathwork Release Session, where I'll hold space for you to let go of stored emotions and mental blocks as I guide you with active breathing, music, and meditation. We'll close by reflecting on the insights and progress made in our time together.
