Breathwork in the workplace






Bringing breathwork to the workplace can help your team reduce stress and anxiety levels, improve confidence and creativity, and increase mental focus and motivation. It's a low effort, high impact, science-backed tool that can be done anywhere at any time to help improve overall well-being and performance.

Breathwork Workshops

I recommend starting with a one-hour workshop where participants can learn foundations, such as:
  • The science of proper breathing and how it affects anxiety and health issues
  • How to manage their nervous system and self-regulate using breathwork
  • Simple and effective breathing techniques to use at work and in everyday life
  • A guided breathwork meditation session

Breathwork Sessions

From there, most companies choose to continue with bi-weekly, or monthly 30-minute breathwork sessions. Each session focuses on a different theme, such as:

  • Confidence
  • Focus 
  • Motivation
Themes can be customized to your priorities as well.
