What is breathwork and how do I know if it's right for me?

Conscious breathing and breathwork are umbrella terms that can be used interchangeably. There are many different styles and types of this practice where you purposely pay attention to your breath and change or control the pattern. It involves focusing your attention on each inhale and exhale, often with the intention of influencing specific physical, mental, or emotional benefits.

People practice breathwork for a variety of reasons, so it depends on your challenges, goals, and intentions. Keep in mind that there are many different types of breathwork out there, so different types will be right for different people. The techniques you learn in this program are simple, gentle, and almost everyone can benefit from them*

Who shouldn't practice breathwork?

You should not practice certain types of breathwork if you are pregnant, have a heart condition, spinal disorder, or a respiratory infection. If you are pregnant, you should check with your doctor before practicing. 

Important: Never practice breathwork while in water.

How long will this program take to complete?

Since each module is released about a week apart, and there are 5 modules, it may take around 5 or so weeks. Of course, you are welcome to go at your own pace that feels comfortable to you and that your schedule allows for.

If you do the Conscious Breath Challenge, that takes an additional 2 weeks. 

Is this course 100% self-paced and online?

Yes, this entire course is self-study and online via my website's course portal. 

There are no live components, unless you purchase the VIP upgrade. In that case, you get the following live support: one 30-minute 1:1 session with me, access to chat with me on Voxer, and weekly group Q&A calls.

How do I access the content?

After you sign up, you’ll get an email with access to the program. Just click the link to login and start with Module 1. You can access and watch the lessons, recorded videos & audios, and other activities on any device you’d like. 

When will the modules be released?

Upon enrollment, you'll have immediate access to Module 1 and the BONUS 2-Week Conscious Breath Challenge. The rest of the modules will be released one week at a time, for a total of 5 weeks long.
