Hi, I'm Valerie

I'm a Certified Breathing Coach based in the San Francisco Bay Area. 

I help you improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being with the healing power of your breath. Drawing from a collection of somatic-based healing modalities, I guide you to release stored emotions and regulate your nervous system.

My approach is a unique blend of pranayama, therapeutic breathing, gentle movement, and self-discovery. My passion lies in creating a safe haven for people to be seen, let go, and heal.
